As a brand-new Sino-foreign university, GTIIT has attached great importance to scientific research and innovation since its establishment, which has achieved great success. Up to April 2019, our faculty members have published nearly 100 papers on international academic journals.? Last year was the first time GTIIT applied for the?National Natural Science Fund. The project led by Prof. Ka Yin Leung has been successfully funded, representing a breakthrough for GTIIT.

The projects that have been approved by the Guangdong Education Department recently are closely related to the development of GTIIT key disciplines, which will accelerate the pace of GTIIT into a world-class university. GTIIT shall follow the latest projects developments and promote the scientific outputs thus to raise the scientific research level in an all-around way.
