A delegation of CityU visited GTIIT

A delegation led by Sunny W K Lee, Vice President of City University of Hong Kong (CityU), visited GTIIT from August 27th to 28th.?


Chen Shaogang, Assistant to PVC of GTIIT, showed guests around the North Campus and introduced how GTIIT was formally established.

Yigal Cohen, Pro-Vice Chancellor and Director?General?of GTIIT, and Lin Danming, Pro-Vice Chancellor of GTIIT, attended the meeting. Mr. Yigal Cohen further introduced the future development of GTIIT. Sunny W K Lee, Vice President of CityU, focused on campus construction, students enrollment, and programs setting.?

"We looked forward to further strengthening ties between two universities in the future," said Lee.

Established as a University in 1994, CityU is one of the Top 8 Universities in Hong Kong. According to the QS rankings 2019, CityU is ranked 55th in the world and 5th among the world's Top 50 Universities under 50 years of age; and 8th in Asia under the QS rankings 2018.
