Led by Prof. Peng Junbiao, a delegation from School of Materials Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, visited GTIIT on May 31st . GTIIT professors of Materials Science and Engineering discussed educational ideas at greater length, such as undergraduate programs, supervision on education quality, internationalization of education.

What is the management architecture of GTIIT? How to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of Chinese students? How to promote industry-university-research cooperation? These issues were put forward by our guests on the discussion. Prof. Moshe Eizenberg, Dean of Graduate Studies, Prof. Ori Lahav, Dean of Undergraduate Studies, Prof. Xu Haiyun, Assistant to Pro-Vice Chancellor, and professors of Materials Science and Engineering, GTIIT, also attended the discussion.

Prof. Peng Junbiao pointed out that GTIIT and SCUT are both polytechnic university with potential for complementation and closer cooperation. He hoped that both sides will keep in close contact to lay a good foundation for closer cooperation in the future.
