May 23, 2018. Shantou – A delegation from Esquel Group (Hong Kong) has paid a courtesy visit to Guangdong Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT).
The eight-member delegation was led by CEO Madam Minde Yang, and her delegation was received by GTIIT PVC & Director General, Mr. Yigal Cohen, and Director of the Office of Research, Innovation, and Graduate Studies, Prof. Haiyun Xu.
Esquel Group is one of the world’s leading of premium cotton textile and apparel producers, with production facilities in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Mauritius, and Sri Lanka, etc. servicing key global markets. GTIIT PVC and Director General, Mr. Yigal Cohen introduced GTIIT’s recent development and milestones, and welcomed Esquel Group to explore potential cooperation with GTIIT. Madam Yang of Esquel Group praised GTIIT’s achievement thus far, and recommended mutual collaboration in R&D, as well as student internship in the near future.
