Good news kicks off the new year! Students from cohort 2020 of Guangdong Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) have attracted the attention of worldwide top universities.
Good News
Li Huihong (BFE) received an offer from Yale University. He is the first student to be admitted to Yale University since the establishment of GTIIT.
Up to now, multiple students have received offers from world-renowned universities, including National University of Singapore, Wageningen University & Research, University of New South Wales, Northeastern University (US), etc.
There have been three cohorts of students with a bachelor's degree from GTIIT, and most of them have entered the top 100 universities worldwide and contributed to high-tech industry.
According to incomplete statistics, among the 2023 GTIIT graduates studying abroad, 28% have received offers from the top 10 universities in the world, and 87% have received offers from the top 100 universities in the world. Among them, there are 10 students being admitted as bachelor-straight-to-doctorate students with full scholarship by Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon University, Northwestern University (US) and other top universities in the world. In addition, GTIIT students have also been admitted to Nanjing University, Soochow University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, South China Agricultural University, and other outstanding universities in China.
