Besides the graduation rings, Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology also prepares some other gifts for the first cohort of graduates. These gifts contain both Technion-Israel Institute of Technology tradition and GTIIT style.
Technion medal
As the Chinese campus of Technion, following the Technion tradition, GTIIT will present each graduate with a medal. The front of the medal shows the representative elements of each program, and the back shows the student’s graduation year and the emblem of the Technion.
Tassel & GTIIT logo
The tassel is an important part of the Bachelor Gown, and it is also one of the graduation gifts given by GTIIT. The color of the tassel is the same with the bachelor’s uniform, and decorated with a golden GTIIT decoration, which is the unique symbol of the 2021 graduates. At the graduation ceremony in July, the tassel will be shifted from one side to the other, which symbolizes the students’ maturity.
Each graduate also got a GTIIT logo. The badge represents the cultural origins and solidarity of the partners.

This year is the first time that GTIIT Bachelor Gown shown up. It follows the style and color of the Technion’s. The emblem of the Technion is printed in the center of the hood, which symbolizes the relationship between GTIIT and Technion. The color of the hood is in accordance with the recommended standards of the Academic Degrees Committee of China. The silver gray (gray) is for science and gold (yellow) is for engineering. The design of the cuffs is derived from the Great Wall, showing the traditional Chinese style.
