May 23rd - Irma Sarisohn, Associate VP of Programs, and Michal Eshed, Director of Programs, visited Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Shantou University and Shantou downtown area.

Irma Sarisohn and Michal Eshed thought highly of the establishment of GTIIT after having a discussion with Moshe Marom, the Vice Chancellor of Guangdong Technion-IsraelInstitute of Technology, and learnt more about the stories and the construction progress of GTIIT. Later, they went to the North Campus which was still under construction.

They visited Shantou University, the Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Pilot Zone, Shantou Opening Post Culture Exhibition Hall, Shantou Cuanxin Charity Community and the Shantou Small Park.
